To reset your password if you're unable to log into your Deserve Dashboard, visit:

Enter the email address associated with your Deserve account, and select Continue.

If this is a valid email address associated with a Deserve account, a second level of verification will be required to verify your identity.

After providing the above information, a password reset link will be sent to the email address which was provided. Check you email inbox (and if you don't see it, take a look at your spam folder). Once you receive this email, select Reset Deserve Password.

After being directed to the password reset screen, please enter your new password (twice) then select Reset Password.

After successfully resetting your password, you should receive confirmation of your new password. You should now be able to log into your Deserve account.
